Respect the club. Respect the cut. Respect your brothers.

The Hell's Reapers is open to any motorcycle enthusiast who wants to be a part of a brotherhood.

MONTHLY MEETINGS will be held on the First (1st) MONDAY of each month at the clubhouse, unless otherwise stated. These meetings are very important, and every member should make every attempt to attend the monthly meetings. For the Club to thrive and prosper, it requires the participation of every member. Any member, upon learning that they will be unable to attend these meetings, or any other event planned by the Club, should call/text/email to the president, advising him of the situation. This will prevent time lost or wasted, waiting on a member that is not going to attend.

If any member within the Club should do anything that causes dissension among the members, or does anything that goes against the Hell's Reapers values, the matter will be brought to the attention of the President. The President will decide the punishment and how to handle it, at times bringing it to the table for a vote.

Voting
All decisions affecting the Club will be voted on by the membership present. The voting membership, or FULL MEMBERS, consist of only patched members that wear the Midland bottom rocker on the back of their cut. In the event a tie vote occurs, the final decision will rest with a majority vote by the Club officers.

Occasionally, situations will arise that involve special circumstances. Such situations will be handled by the six (6) Club officers, and it will be up to them to determine what action will be taken in these matters.

Majority rules in most cases.

Any decisions must be run through all present club members during church.

One organized meeting per month, patches may request a meeting at any time.

If you're not there, you don't get a vote.

Members must have his cut with him when attending meetings.

Members must be sober when attending meetings.

During a meeting there will be no talking among members until they have the floor granted through the president.

For a Nomad or transfer vote, the voting must be unanimous. Every patch in attendance must agree. If not, the patch will have to wait another month to request a new vote.

Once a Prospect has completed the requirements as set forth within these Bylaws, and the Prospects Sponsor has advised the President that the Prospect is ready for a vote, the Prospect will be voted on during the next scheduled monthly meeting. To become a member, the Prospect must receive a majority vote of the voting membership present. Any negative votes must be explained to the membership. If the Prospect does not receive a majority vote, the decision will be left to the club officers.

The Club patches will consist of four (4) back patches; patches consist of a top rocker that reads "Hell's Reaper", a bottom rocker that reads "Midland"/Nomad or the city the Reaper is patched in to, a center patch of the "Reaper", which is the Club emblem, and one small patch that reads "MC". The front varies by patch. All cuts must have: a chapter patch, to be worn on the top left; a name/nickname patch and if applicable, position, both under the chapter patch. Some patches use a side rocker on the left side. Year patches are common, worn on the right side of the cut. RFFR, Reaper's Forever Forever Reapers, also worn on the right. Memorial patches are often sewn inside of the cut.

ALL PATCHES MUST BE SEWN ON.

Hell's Reapers retains ownership of all patches. Any member leaving the Club, for any reason, will return all patches to any ACTIVE MEMBER of the Club within 48 hours of leaving. NO OTHER PATCHES WILL BE WORN ON THE BACK OF A MEMBERS CUT.

Feel free to add the following, applicable patches to your Reaper's profile.

If a member leaves or is kicked out of the club, all Hell's Reapers related gear must be turned in and tattoos must be blacked out.

An ex member, if he left on good standing, is allowed to stay in town. If they left on bad terms, they have to leave.

The Club will be governed by six (6) officer positions, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Sgt. At Arms and Road Captain.

Any member holding an office within the Club, will wear a patch designating their position. This patch will be worn on the front, upper right side of the Club cut.

The rules of succession between offices will not be practiced within the Hell's Reapers. (Example: If the Club Treasurer were to quit, or not be able to perform his duties, the Sgt. At Arms would not automatically move up into that position because he might not be qualified for or want that position.)

If an officer does not, or is unable to perform his duties, or quits his office, it will be the responsibility of the President to appoint someone to that position until a scheduled election.

If an officer can not perform his duties, the president can decide to ask him to step down with the vice president's approval. He will lose his officer patch, but does not have to leave the club.

The governing officers will meet once every month, two hours before the monthly club meeting.

Elections will be held if an officer steps down, is removed from the club or has died. Patches must be involved in the club for five or more years in order to be up for an officer postion, three to be an enforcer. Prospect years do not count. All entries will be given to the secretary. Every patch member will vote. Majority wins.

A full patch member MUST own a motorcycle.

A full member must make an effort to attend all meetings, events, and functions, and be dedicated to maintaining the Hell's Reapers.

He must help out other members in any way possible, whenever possible.

He must show appropriate respect to fellow members, and other clubs.

All patches must respect their officers, no matter the situation.

He must be a mentor to Prospects, showing them the ways of the Club.

He must always remember that when he wears the patches of the Hell's Reapers, that he represents the whole Club, and must never act in a manner that would bring discredit or dishonor to the Club.

He MUST wear club cut at all Club functions and events, as well as in public.

Any FULL MEMBER that has not attended any Club events, functions, or meetings for Six (6) Months, will be asked to turn in his Patches to one of the Club officers. The exception to this rule would be if the member, or his family, has a medical emergency that would prevent him from being active in the club for long periods of time. The Club Officers will deal with these situations on an individual basis, and will make decisions accordingly.

If a patch member is on probation is unable to publicly wear any "gang affiliated" attire, an exception will be made in regards to having to wear their cuts.

Prospects must be at least 18 years old.

Prospects have to show respect for officers and patches, no matter what the situation is. A prospect is, essentially, proving themselves to the club and gaining the club's trust.

Every prospect must have a sponsor. A sponsor can not be the prospect's father or family member (uncle, brother, cousin).

Prospects must show a sincere interest in club and bikes.

Prospects must attend all meetings and club functions.

Prospects must do anything another member tells him to do, that a member has done or would be willing to do himself.

Prospects will stand behind the club and members.

Prospect must ride his bike to meeting at time of being voted into club.

Prospective member's prospecting period is at the discretion of the club. Directorship shall decide when vote is necessary.

Nomads
A nomad MUST own a motorcycle.

A nomad must make an effort to attend to attend a meeting, at whatever charter welcomes them, four times out of the year.

Nomads do not get a vote.

He must help out other members and nomads in any way possible, whenever possible.

He must show appropriate respect to fellow members, and all clubs.

All nomads must respect their officers, no matter the situation.

A nomad can not be a sponsor.

He must always remember that when he wears the patches of the Hell's Reapers, that he represents the whole Club, and must never act in a manner that would bring discredit or dishonor to the Club.

He MUST wear his cut at all times, except for formal occasions.

A patch does not need to be voted in to a nomad cut.

The only difference to a nomad's cut is instead of a bottom rocker that reads the city/town, it will read NOMAD.

Any nomad that has not attended any club events, functions, or meetings for Six (6) Months, will be asked to turn in his Patches to one of the Club officers. The exception to this rule would be if the member, or his family, has a medical emergency that would prevent him from being active in the club for long periods of time. The Club Officers will deal with these situations on an individual basis, and will make decisions accordingly.

An old lady is a woman a patch is with. They do not have to be married. A woman is an old lady when she is not only committed to a patch, but to the club and once both the patch and the woman have the blessing from the president and the president's old lady.

She understands that the club comes first and doesn't ask too many questions.

When a patch decides to make a woman he's seeing his old lady, he must first talk with the president's old lady. The president's old lady will then contact said woman and talk with her. The president's old lady will either tell the patch the woman is ready to be an old lady or that he needs to wait. If the president's old lady is unavailable or if the president doesn't have one, it will fall to the vice president's old lady, but the president's old lady must be contacted first.

If a nomad wants to make someone his old lady, he will need to go through the mother chapter's president's old lady and she will make the decision.

Old ladies MUST be respectful to the club, the officers, the patches and the other old ladies. Disrespect could potentially get their patch in trouble.

If the president's old lady, at any point, feels an old lady isn't living up to her duties, the president's old lady will talk to her patch and tell him his woman needs to prove herself more and then she may be able to get the title back.

Don't fuck around with brother's old lady (without permission).

Members are responsible for their old lady.

Old ladies or even girlfriends should never bother the president or other officers with personal business. If they're worried about their patch, they should go to the president's old lady and she will contact the president. If an old lady is concerned her patch is cheating on her while on runs or during any other time, it should never be brought to the president. Concerns on any matter will be directed to the president's old lady or it will put the patch in trouble and reflect poorly on the old lady.

Some old ladies decide to wear some kind of patch that signals who they "belong to". Others will have a tattoo that was first given to Jean Dalton, the president's first wife. Some old ladies have added, "To Hell and back" as well and the initials of their patch.

A sweet butt, in simple terms, is a woman who willing sleeps with multiple patches. Most sweet butts never found a place in every day life and the club welcomed them with open arms. They found a home within the club.

All sweet butts most respect all of the old ladies. Sweet butts are the female prospects. They cater to the needs of the old ladies and to the needs of single patches/prospects. Some sweet butts don't care if a patch has an old lady. If the patch's old lady finds out, that sweet butt can be sent to a different chapter.

Sweet butts never come to club parties as dates. They are there to help with the set up, clean up and anything that might come in between. All sweet butts must attend club events, unless there is an emergency. Failure to attend events will result in a permanent clubhouse ban.

If there is a lockdown, sweet butts are encouraged to stay at the clubhouse with the families. They might be low on the food chain, but they're still family.

If a patch wants to make a sweet butt his old lady, she will have to prove that she can be loyal to that patch. Known for sleeping around, the other old ladies will be hesitant to let her in to their circle.

An officer or patch can claim a sweet butt. All other patches must respect that claim. A higher ranking officer is able to veto the claim.

At the hangaround level of club affiliation consists of people who have stated an intention of prospecting for the club but have not either formally announced their desire to prospect yet or have simply not been presented to the club for a vote on their prospect status yet.

The "hangaround period" may vary vastly from person to person. It is also possible for one to go from being a hangaround to being a friend of the club or from being a hangaround to becoming a prospect. The former would usually occur when the person, after hanging around the club for a while, decided to no longer have the intent of joining but still wanted to join in on club rides or events.

Anyone who intends to prospect for the club must go through some hangaround period first. The hangaround period is a relatively informal time for someone who is interested in the club to spend some time with club members, go on some club rides, etc. It is also a time for the person to get a feel for how much they fit with the Hell's Reapers culture, so to speak. It's also a time for the club to engage in the same evaluation process with regard to the hangaround. A hangaround will usually be a rider with his/her own bike. This however, will not always be the case and is not absolutely necessary.

The hangaround wears no official club colors or patches and pays no dues.

Hangarounds are expected to show a level of respect to all Hell's Reapers full patch members and patched members of any other club as well as to show respect to prospects and prospects of all other patch clubs.

This level of club affiliation consists of people who have made some sort of formal or informal contact with the club, perhaps most commonly through a friendship or acquaintance with a full patch member, but who have not announced an intention of prospecting for future membership.

Friends of the club may decide to join the club on rides or attend other club functions and may do this on a very frequent or infrequent basis. The key distinction is that they have not expressed any intent to join the club.

A friend of the club may be a bike rider, though this is not necessary. Friends of the club wear no official club "colors" or patches and pay no dues.

A friend of the club may eventually develop an interest in formalizing his/her relationship to the club by prospecting for the club at some point in the future.

Friends of the club should realize that the Hell's Reapers respects all patch clubs and with the awareness comes a responsibility to not do anything while associated with the Hell's Reapers MC that would bring embarrassment or negativity to this or a member of any other club.

The Vice President is the second in command, and will lead in times where the President cannot (such as illness or incarceration). To perform all functions of the President if he is unable to do so.

Demonstrate leadership and role model behavior to all officers and patched members.

Holds the power of veto if a member acts beyond the scope of the constitution. These issues will be put to a vote if the Vice President vetoes a given measure

The Secretary is best described as the bookkeeper of a club, and will maintain membership details, meeting minutes.

The Secretary usually arranges club meetings. He is either voted into this position or appointed by the President.

The secretary is responsible for the clubs paperwork. He keeps minutes of meetings and records dates of significant events, such as anniversary dates (when prospects gain their patch). He corresponds with other gangs and it's his job to keep members informed of upcoming events.

The secretary is responsible for keeping records of club assets.

The Treasurer handles the assets and financial records of the club. Club properties may be owned in the Treasurer's name. He may also sign legal contracts for the club. Either voted or appointed.

The treasurer is the chapters' money-man and he's in charge of collecting club fees, run funds etc and paying the bills. The treasurer is responsible for collecting any debts owed to the gang and usually gets the job of checking out business opportunities prior to any decisions being made.

Their basic role is to keep order at meetings and handle clubhouse and club security. They may also provide members with weapons if necessary.

The club ambassador is a representative of the club, who has the authority to enforce the rules and help make decisions on behalf of the club.

The ambassador is usually an older patch, who has 20+ years experience within the club.

The Hell's Reapers Ambassador serves as a direct representative of the club. He is the agent in charge of club relations and external politics.

In cooperation with The TOP 9, the Ambassador is responsible for official club alliances and meetings. He will schedule multi-crew rides and meetings to solidify crew alliances.

Enforcers are the backbone of the cabinet. They aid with club decisions and are always ready and willing to get involved in club business, no matter what that business is. The Enforcers are here to help the Sergeant At Arms in this job, mainly they are here to stand guard in meeting or in events, they're the security.

Patch
The patched members are the brothers in the club that have proved themselves to be loyal and committed members, often getting involved in club activites.

A prospect is a "prospective" member of the club who is yet to earn his patch. Prospects are expected to do what they are told and follow the orders of patchmembers. They must be prepared to engage in illegal activities to prove their loyalty to the club. Prospects have no voting rights and do not attend meetings unless invited in. Prospecting period will last from 6 months to a year.

Nomad
A Nomad is an individual who may or may not be a member of a motorcycle club, and not bound by geographic territory, or perhaps one which has not yet established one. There are exceptions to Nomads being members of clubs. One instance is military veterans' clubs, whose members may be scattered across the U.S., but yet do not have enough members in a particular area to form a club chapter.

Most motorcycle club members wear a territorial rocker (i.e., the bottom patch on the back of the jacket) which signifies what city/locale, state, or province their chapter is located in. A Nomad's territorial rocker, however, will simply say "Nomad" or "Nomads". This means that they hold no particular allegiance to a specific club chapter or area but should be respected and accepted widely by the club as a full member.

Whilst a Nomad has the right to be hosted by any chapter he appears at, he cannot direct a chapter as each one acts as an autonomous unit within the rules of the parent club. Nomads sometimes live in geographical areas which had fewer than the required numbers to form a chapter. They may have chosen to live somewhat solitary lives, or they may have been sent to an area with a mandate to establish a chapter.
